SUPER BERRY SLUSHY MOCKTAIL


Aronia berries are packed with anthocyanins that are know to protect muscles and other body cells from oxidative damage.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250ml sparkling water
  • small handful strawberries
  • small handful blueberries
  • small handful aronia berries
  • 1 tsp dark honey

METHOD:

In a blender, combine the water, strawberries, blueberries, aronia berries and honey. Blend until slushy.

    It may be worth mentioning that frozen aronia berries are best for this recipe, rather than the dried ones. If one has only dried berries available, soak them up in water to help them retrieve part of their natural shape.
