Chicken With Millet, Arugula And Pepper Paste!



  • 1 glass of millet, boiled
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 small pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 handful arugula


Bake the pepper with onion and garlic, then blend it with the olive oil. Season it with the sea salt and pepper.

Steam or grill  the chicken breast.

Mix in millet with the pepper sauce and serve with the arugula and sunflower seeds.
