Toasts With Tomato Ricotta And Arugula

INREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 2 dry tomatoes
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

METHOD:

Blend in the ricotta with dry tomatoes. Then add in the sunflower seeds. Serve with the bread slices topped with arugula.
