Coconut Juice With Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 apple
  • glass of milk
  • 1 bread slice
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese

METHOD:

Blend the milk with coconut flakes, chopped apple and chia seeds. Leave for 30 minutes. Spread the cottage cheese on the bread slice and serve.
