Cress and Curd Cheese Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 2 bread slices
  • 3 tbsp cress
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of herbal pepper

METHOD:

Mix in the natural yoghurt with curd cheese, olive oil and pepper. Spread the paste on the bread slices and top up with the cress.
