Millet In Tomato Sauce And Feta Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 glass millet, boiled
  • 5 tbsp sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 glass tinned tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

METHOD:

Fry the sprouts on the olive oil. Add in chopped carrots and pour over the tomatoes. Simmer with the garlic, pepper and rosemary. Serve with the miller, feta cheese and sunflower seeds.
