Oriental Tenderloin Turkey



  • tenderloin turkey
  • 1 glass barley, boiled
  • 340g tomatoes
  • 15g green olives
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • pinch of herbal pepper and garam masala
  • 4 tbsp water


Rub the meat in the spices. Into the baking sleeve place sliced meat, peeled tomatoes, onion, olive oil and water. Place in the oven and bake until the meat is soft. Top with the pumpkin seeds.
