INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp almond flakes, roasted (without the oil)
- 500g oranges, peeled and chopped
- 500g jam sugar
METHOD:
Chop the orange well and mix with the jar sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and boil for another 4 mins constantly mixing.
Add in the almond flakes.
Hot jam place in the jars and lock.
