Peanut Butter Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 1 tsp. flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh kale
  • ice, as needed

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. If too thick, can add additional almond milk, as needed. If too thin, can add more frozen berries or ice to thicken.
  3. Serve immediately.
