Pickles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2kg cucumbers
  • dill
  • horseradish
  • bay leaf
  • pepper
  • allspice
  • mustard (gorczyca)
  • 2/3 glass vinegar
  • sea salt
  • sugar

METHOD:

Place the small cucumber and everything else in a jars. Pour over with hot water mixed in with the vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsps  sugar. Close the jars, place in a big saucepan and pasteruse for about 30 minutes.
