Pickled Paradise Apple




  • 1kg paradise apples
  • 500ml water
  • 150ml vinegar 6%
  • 300g sugar
  • 5-6 cloves
  • pinch of cinnamon


Place the apples in a boiling water for about 2-4 mins, dry and pour over cold water. Place the apples in jars.

Prepare the mixture to pour over the apples by mixing vinegar, water, sugar and seasonings. Bring to the boil and pour over the apples in jars. Pasteurise for 20 mins.
