Raspberry Jam



  • 800g fresh raspberries

  • 260g sugar

  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Place the raspberries and sugar in a pot set to medium heat. Stir until the sugar has melted.

  2. Increase the heat to high and bring to a boil. Scoop the scum off the surface. Reduce until your desired consistency is reached.

  3. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour the jam into a sterilized jar and screw the lid on top. Flip over and place in the fridge to chill.
