Grilled Turkey Breast With Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • buckwheat
  • broccoli
  • pinch of oregano and salt
  • 10g fresh dill

METHOD:

Season the turkey and place on the grill. Boil the broccoli ‘al dente’. Serve with the buckwheat sprinkled with the fresh dill and lemon juice.
