INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- 90g skinless turkey breast
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 slice red onion
- 40g sliced avocado
- 90g shredded red cabbage
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise.
METHOD:
Make a sandwich with 2 slices rye bread, 1 tbsp French mustard, 90g skinless turkey breast, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice red onion and 40g sliced avocado. To make the coleslaw, combine 90g shredded red cabbage, 2 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise.
