Turkey and avocado sandwich with coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 90g skinless turkey breast
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 40g sliced avocado
  • 90g shredded red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise.

METHOD:

Make a sandwich with 2 slices rye bread, 1 tbsp French mustard, 90g skinless turkey breast, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice red onion and 40g sliced avocado. To make the coleslaw, combine 90g shredded red cabbage, 2 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise.
