Veggie Burger Salad



  • 1 cooked Linda Mc Cartney Quarter Pounder Burger
  • 140g mixed greens
  • 40g diced avocado
  • 70g sliced heart of palms
  • 70g sliced yellow peppers
  • 80g sautée mushrooms
  • 80g sautéed yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper.


Spoon 20g mustard on any meal and, a couple of hours later, your fat burn will have increased by up tp 20%. It’s thanks to its ‘isothiocyanates’ which increase levels of the fat-burning hormone ephedrine. Hot stuff.
