Potato Chorizo Hash



  • 1 white onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic, chopped

  • 1/3 cup chopped chorizo

  • 1/2 cup of chopped kale

  • 1 boiled potato, skinned and cubed

  • 1 tsp pimenton

  • 1 half avocado, chopped

  • 1 egg

  • salt and pepper to season

  • olive oil


  1. Heat up some olive in a pan, throw in your onions. Cook for 3 mins. Add in the chorizo and garlic. Cook for 5 mins.

  2. Add the kale and potato to the pan. Cook for 3 mins.

  3. Add the pimento, avocado and salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer to an oven skillet, place and egg in the middle.

  5. Broil until the egg is cooked.

  6. Season to your liking.
