Acai Bowl



  • 1 large banana, sliced

  • 1 medium avocado, diced

  • 1 ½ cups frozen acai (unsweetened)

  • ¼ – ½ tsp powdered stevia or agave nectar

  • A pinch of wasabi powder

  • ¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries

  • 2 Tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 1 lemon for zesting, for garnish

  • 1 piece dark chocolate, for garnish


  1. Blend banana, avocado, acai, stevia and wasabi in a blender — start with the banana and avocado on the bottom, and the acai, stevia, and wasabi powder on top.

  2. Immediately spoon into serving containers. Top with raspberries and pumpkin seeds. Add a pinch of lemon zest, and grate some dark chocolate on top with a microplane for a fabulous texture.
