- wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix in and boil on a low heat the water, margarine and salt. Add in the flour and mix well. Keep mixing until you get smooth consistency. Take it off the heat and leave on a site for about 10 minutes (mix the consistency every few minutes).
Beat the eggs.
Once the above consistency cools down, add in the beaten eggs,constantly mixing.
Stop mixing when the cake base mixture have the consistency of the cream. Place the consistency in the bag with small whole in the corner and squeeze it out into the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes in 190 degrees. Serve with the chocolate and cream.
