- 1,5kg potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 10dag beacon, thinly slicecd
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 10 dag cheese, chopped into squares
- 1 glass of milk
- 3 eggs
- sea salt and pepper
Fry the beacon until crispy. In the meantime beat the eggs with milk and season it with the sea salt and pepper.
Grease the heatproof dish with fat and layer the ingredients: potatoes, onion, beacon, cheese. Pour over the egg mixture on each layer. Cover the dish with the aluminium foil and place in the oven. Bake for about 2 hours. Take the aluminium foil off just before taking the dish out of the oven. Serve with the salad of your choice.
