Kotlety Mielone – Rissoles

INGREDIENTS:

  • mince meat
  • small onion, chopped
  • sea salt, pepper
  • majroran
  • roll ( soaked in water)
  • wegeta (optional)
  • 2 eggs

METHOD:

Add in the eggs to the meat, chopped onion, roll and seasoning. Form balls and fry on the hot oil.
