Lasagne

INGREDIENTS:

  • lasagne sheets pasta
  • mince meat
  • onion
  • tomato passata
  • sea salt, pepper
  • cheese, grated

For the white sauce:

  • milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • flour

METHOD:

Fry the mince meat with the onion and season it well. Once almost done add in the tomatoes puree.

To prepare white sauce you need to place the butter in the saucepan, wait until melted then add in the flour and mix well. Once mixed well, slowly pour over the milk while mixing all the time.

Preheat the oven.

Prepare heatproof dish and crete layers of meat, pasta, sauce. Once the dish is filled, grate the cheese on top and place in the oven for about 40 minutes.
