- 0,5 kg mince meat
- small onion, chopped
- roll, soaked in water
- 1 egg
- sea salt, pepper
- 2-3 tbsp flour
- chicken stock
For the sauce:
- Tomato puree or mustard or 2 tbsp sour cream
Mic in all the ingredients together and form the meatballs. Boil the water with the chicken stock and place the meatballs in the boiling water. Boil for about 10 minutes.
Create a tomato sauce by adding flour and tomato puree. Season well.
Create a mustard sauce by adding flour, mustard and seasoning
Or make a sauce with flour and sour cream.
TIP: when creating sauce mix the ingredients in the glass first, add a bit of water from the meatballs and then add in into the saucepan.
