- dry vegetables seasoning or “warzywko”
- tinned peaches
- 2 onions, sliced and simmered
- herbal pepper
Season the pork chops with the “warzywko” or dry vegetables seasoning and place in the fridge overnight.
Preheat the butter on the frying pan and place the pork chop on it. Fry the whole piece of meat on each side with the peaches and onions (try placing the on top of the meat so it won’t get burn). Season everyone with the herbal pepper. Add in some water and fry the meat for about 1,5h (around 30 mins on each side).
In the meantime prepare the sauce by mixing water, flout and sweet cream. Pour over the meat.
