- pork neck
- bay leaf
- wegeta (optional)
- flour (for the sauce)
- cream for the whole sauce (optional)
Place the pork neck on the hot frying pan (with oil) with the chopped onion and the the spices. Once slightly fried, place it in the pot with boiling water and boil on the low heat.
Roast the flour and add it in to the pot with the meat. If you want to make the white sauce thinned in the cream and season.
