- 40dag pork lion, thick sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- oil for frying
- 1 tbsp sesame
- chilli (optional)
- sea salt,pepper
Sprinkle the pork lion with the sea salt, pepper and ginger and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take out of the fridge and sprinkle the meat slices with the flour and fry on the hot oil.
Fry the sesame on the dry frying pan and sprinkle the meat with it.
Decorate with oregano.
