Traditional Spaghetti



  • mince meat
  • 0,5 glass of red wine
  • onion, finely chopped
  • mushrooms
  • sausage (optional), chopped
  • green and red pepper, chopped
  • oregano
  • basil
  • sea salt and pepper
  • tomato passata or spaghetti sauce


Fry the mind meat slightly then add in the red wine (1/4 of the glass).

On a separate frying pan, simmer the onion, mushrooms, sausage, peppers and add in the remaining of the wine.

Once done, mix in all of the ingredients together, season and add in the tomato pasta or spaghetti sauce. Boil for another 10 mins and serve.
