Blood Orange Negroni Popsicle

INGREDIENTS:

  • half cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 50ml gin
  • 50ml Campari
  • 50ml dry vermouth
  • 300ml blood orange juice, freshly squeezed and strained.

METHOD:

Place sugar and water in a small pot on the strove top. Heat on low until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the rest of your ingredients. Mix well, place in popsicle moulds or ice cube trays and freeze.
