Chicken Curry With Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • chicken breast, sliced
  • coconut milk
  • red curry paste
  • cream 30%
  • 1 glass cream (sweet)
  • sea slat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • rice
  • parsley

METHOD:

Slightly fry the onion and garlic with the half can of the coconut milk. Mix in the second half with the curry paste.

Pour the cream over the chicken and simmer on a high heat. Add the end lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with Rice.
