Curry ‘Patryk”

INGREDIENTS:

  • mutton or lamb
  • garam masala
  • black cardamom
  • coriander
  • a lot of onion
  • tomato
  • oil (a lot, for frying)
  • curry

METHOD:

Simmer the onion, then add in that pack of curry. Add in the meat, glass of water and all the seasoning. Cover the saucepan. Boil on the law heat, until you’ll get the smooth consistency.

Serve with ciabatta bread.
