Fruits In Rum

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1,5-2l rum (54%)
  • 1kg fruits of your choice
  • 75 dag sugar

METHOD:

Prepare 5l saucepan.

Mix the fruits(make sure these are dry!) with the 50 dag of sugar and place aside for half an hour.  Place in the saucepan and pour over the rum (it must cover the fruits).

Prepare 50 dag of different fruits, mix with the rest of sugar, place aside for 30 mins and then boil in the rest of rum.

Mix all fruit mixture together.

Place in the jars and set aside in the dark place for 4 weeks.
