  • mince meat
  • mushrooms
  • potatoes
  • 2 onions, thinly chopped
  • 2 tbsp of tomato concentrate
  • 1,5 glass of water
  • chicken broth
  • sweet pepper (green)
  • bay leaf
  • oil
  • sea salt, pepper
  • dill


Lightly fry the onion, add in the mince meat, mushrooms and potatoes. Add in the water,  chicken broth and tomato concentrate. Simmer for a while.Season.

You can add a little bit of flour to make the sauce thicker.
