- 8 tsp gelatine
- 500g strawberries
- juice and grates skin of 1 lime
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar
- 400g cream yoghurt
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200ml sweet cream, whipped
Melt the gelatine in hot water and place aside to cool down.
Mix half of the strawberries with lime juice and grated skin and 1 pack of vanilla sugar. Whisk until smooth. Slowly add in the melted gelatine. Mix well. Place the cream mixture in the fridge.
The rest of the strawberries cut into half and add in into the prepared cream and mix well.
Melt the rest of the gelatine in the hot water and place aside to cool down.
Mix in the yoghurt with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add in the method gelatine and mix well anyplace in the fridge.
In the meantime whisk the cream and add in into the above cream mixture. Mix well.
In the dessert glass place the layers of the above creams and place in the fridge for about an hour. Decorate with the grated lime skin.
