Choco Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract,
  • goji berries and pistachios for topping

METHOD:

Blitz 400g chickpeas, 3 tbsp cacao powder, 4 tbsp maple syrup and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, then slowly add water until it’s the right consistency. Top with goji berries and pistachios.
