INGREDIENTS:

For the Overnight Soaked Rolled Oats:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt

For the Chia Pudding:

  • 2 cups chia seeds
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt

After you’ve let them soak overnight, dress them up with the following toppings, or let your guests get creative

METHOD:

Make It Tropical:

Overnight chia seed pudding, almond milk, mango slices, pineapple chunks,macadamia nut, coconut shavings, goji berries, chia seeds

Make It Fall:

Overnight oats, skim milk, apple slices, persimmon slices, honey, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds

Make it Chocolate:

Overnight oats, skim milk, nutella, cocoa nibs, banana, hazelnut, dried cherries, dark chocolate shavings

Make It Vegan:

Overnight chia seed pudding, almond milk, pomegranate seeds, blood orange segments, sliced almonds, hemp seeds
