- 3 cups almond milk
- 1½ tablespoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
After you’ve let them soak overnight, dress them up with the following toppings, or let your guests get creative

Make it Chocolate:
Overnight oats, skim milk, nutella, cocoa nibs, banana, hazelnut, dried cherries, dark chocolate shavings
Make It Vegan:
Overnight chia seed pudding, almond milk, pomegranate seeds, blood orange segments, sliced almonds, hemp seeds
