- 1 oz. Persimmon Puree
- 1 oz. St. Germain
- Grab a persimmon, remove the skin and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. of puree, 1 oz. St. Germain and shake.
- Pour into glass or champagne flute
- Top with champagne (or sparkling wine) and serve.
