Persimmon Smash


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. Persimmon Puree
  • 1 oz. St. Germain
  • Champagne

METHOD:

  1. Grab a persimmon, remove the skin and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. of puree, 1 oz. St. Germain and shake.
  3. Pour into glass or champagne flute
  4. Top with champagne (or sparkling wine) and serve.
