- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 150ml Plenish Almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Combine the chia seeds and the almond milk and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, you may need to add a splash more almond milk to loosen the pudding, mash the banana and the almond butter together and mix into the pudding with the vanilla powder. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you require.
- Top with coconut, bee pollen, berries, banana, nuts or seeds.
