Almond and Banana Chia Pudding


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml Plenish Almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder


  1. Combine the chia seeds and the almond milk and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, you may need to add a splash more almond milk to loosen the pudding, mash the banana and the almond butter together and mix into the pudding with the vanilla powder. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you require.
  3. Top with coconut, bee pollen, berries, banana, nuts or seeds.
