- 6 ounces half and half
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce dark rum
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
- Freshly grated cinnamon, to garnish
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the half and half and dark brown sugar. Cook, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the half and half is frothy, about 5 minutes. Stir in the brandy and rum, then pour into a coffee mug. Garnish with a light dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon.
