No Bake Almond Caramel Cookies


  • 1 cup All-Natural Caramel Almond Milk Coffee Creamer
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter


LINE a small baking sheet with wax paper.

HEAT Coffeemate, brown sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring until melted. Increase heat to medium-high; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

STIR in almond butter; mix until smooth. Add oats; mix until fully combined.

DROP tablespoonful-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Cool completely for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

STORE in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
