- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 50ml almond milk
- 350ml coconut yoghurt
- 15g vanilla whey protein
- fresh fruit
- 100g granola
- mango slices
Mix the chia seeds and matcha powder with the almond milk and leave overnight to soak.
Combine the coconut yoghurt with the protein powder.
Place fresh fruit in the bottom of a serving jar and layer the chia mix, yoghurt and granola on top.
Garnish with slices of fresh fruit.
