Protein Pancake


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 25g oats
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp syrup

METHOD:

1. Put the eggs, whey, banana, oats and cottage cheese into a blender and blitz to a rough mix.

2. Heat the coconut oil in a nonstick pan. Add the pancake mixture and cook both sides until golden.

3. Serve with the yoghurt and a drizzle of the syrup. Nice and easy for when you’re half asleep.
